Wonderlick Entertainment is a leading Australian music company, which is comprised of management, recording, publishing and promoting arms. Wonderlick are currently seeking a keen music fan to join their Sydney office in an entry level office assistant role. The position will be fast paced and hands on with all elements of an artist’s career, perfect for someone passionate about music looking for a cornerstone to their career in this field.

What you’ll do

• Answer and direct inbound calls and emails
• Assist with tour marketing and label marketing
• Electronically service tools, audio & video to partners
• Book couriers and collect deliveries
• Communication with our stakeholders
• General admin including diary and calendar management
• Book travel for artists
• Assisting with grants
• Scheduling of media interviews with artists
• Help manage artists’ and Wonderlick’s social media and email databases
• General office management

The ideal candidate will have/be:

• A passion for music and artist development with a desire to grow your career with us
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Responsible and reliable with the ability to work autonomously
• Tech savvy with a solid grasp of social media skills including Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube and Facebook
• WordPress, Mailchimp, Google Ads, Squarespace, Photoshop and Facebook advertising experience would be a plus
• Comfortable with engaging as a team player
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
• Must be Sydney based and a valid driver’s licence is preferred
