We’re currently seeking an experienced integrated content marketer to lead the Melbourne branch of our branded entertainment unit, CREATE.
Working closely with every area of the business from content, to talent, digital to sales, CREATE delivers a seamless experience for our clients and partners from opportunity to execution and beyond.
As the senior leader of the Melbourne CREATE team you will be responsible for leading the team to high performance, delivering revenue goals and performance metrics across every CREATE function including pitch, production, insights, trade and creative business development.
At the core of your focus is growing revenue through responsive pitch, proactive business development and strategic creative projects. You will lead the team to deliver best in market cross channel brand integration and delivery, continuing to innovate the CREATE strategic and creative vision in line with reputation, staying ahead of the market at all times.
You will manage the operations for the Melbourne CREATE team ensuring a collaborative approach with the CREATE leadership group and associated functions such as sales, integration, digital and content. Importantly you’ll enable national strategy on a local level and be the key point for senior stakeholders and team members alike.
As the ideal candidate, you have 6+ years’ experience in an editorial sales environment of a media publisher or like entertainment business and have proven success in conceptualizing, producing and selling integrated brand solutions, designed to meet market opportunity.
Relevant experience aside, your reputation for professionalism, work ethic and importantly, diplomacy and composure under pressure, is well known. Clients and colleagues want to work with you and for you.
