We are on the hunt for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Perth Direct Sales Team – you must be one of Perth’s best.

About the Position

You’ll be working across a key client portfolio to manage and grow an extensive existing client base, in a role that demands an ability to network, build relationships, develop integrated cross platform solutions, and identify new business opportunities. You will be responsible for selling across NOVA Entertainment’s wide range of media assets including audio (broadcast, streaming, podcast) digital, mobile, experiential, and new and emerging commercial partnerships.

In this role you will act as a leader in market for seeking, exploring and developing opportunities within the media landscape. You will focus on achieving revenue targets by delivering innovative and tailored advertising solutions through extraordinary client service interactions. More specifically you will:

*           proactively prospect, qualify, grow, and maintain an account list
*           create and present innovative, integrated and insight driven sales solutions
*           partner with clients to understand their goals, overcome objections, and close business –   you must have the ability to project-manage and provide customer-focused solutions
*           develop lasting relationships both internally and externally in order exceed revenue targets, and have a strong ability to communicate and negotiate – this is imperative
*           ensure that our clients receive a unique and extraordinary service experience.
*           have a positive growth mindset and be willing to learn & flourish within our experienced team

About You
You will be a part of a proactive sales team that is thriving and growing. You will get to draw on your individual creativity and leverage off your team’s extensive experience. You will get to think big-picture but will need to be focused on detail and follow through. You will need to be innovative, results-driven, ethical and proud to be working in a place which does things differently.

This role will suit someone with at least 2 years’ sales experience (ideally in the media industry), who is a highly driven individual with a strong desire to succeed and thrive in a results orientated environment.
