
Digital Content Director – Metro

The Digital Content Director’s role is to increase the footprint of our brands by leading, planning & creating digital content strategies & assets for distribution on show and network digital platforms across all super brands and corporate.
- Inspire and lead the Digital Content Producers to make outstanding, engaging, and social first content for our brands in line with the content strategy and KPIs.
- Building communities and increasing time spent listening through social content interaction.
- Resource and plan effectively to ensure we can service the needs of content.
- Implement digital content strategy across digital assets including but not limited to websites, social media channels, EDM and podcasting.
- Manage Digital Content Producers output and work together to deliver digital content strategy; and rostering when on leave.
- Work with the Digital Content Producers to provide optimisation recommendations to improve digital content, digital product, and digital sales for all ARN brands.
- Manage relationships with Content Directors nationally;
- Work closely with iHeartRadio, CADA, Corporate and KIX to share skillsets and develop integrated strategy.
About You:
- Ability to produce, write and edit multimedia content
- Video shooting and editing skills
- Photo shooting and editing skills
- An ability to work autonomously and manage competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
