The Role
Drive direct sales advertising revenue, to achieve monthly revenue – annual budgets.
Maximise direct advertising revenue potential by utilising initiative.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, internal and external.
• Attend weekly meetings.
• Monitor your budgets and provide feedback.
• Prepare revenue projection and lost business reports.
• Prepare detailed weekly revenue and monthly reports.
• Ensure you make and attend the required appointment per week as directed by your Manager.
• Ensure clients specifics, analysis and creative problem solving is used effectively and customer focused proposals are prepared and presented.
• Develop business and strategy plans to increase client retention and drive new business.
Source and implement creative ideas to enable you to provide outstanding customer service.

Essential Skills
Direct Sales experience in Radio.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated success in attaining sales budgets.
Possess a solid understanding of direct sales and to be able to identify potential clients.

Nice to Have Skills
Previous experience working in direct sales in media.
A solid media contact book.
Knowledge of computer programmes Microsoft, Word, Power Point and Excel.
