When two stations in the same market are running a competition for Adele tickets using similar tactics, what could go wrong?

Sea FM on the Gold Coast says it has so many Adele tickets to give away that it’s stirring up residents, and it appears some of those locals are desperate to get their hands on a pair.

Listeners to the SCA-owned station who have registered and then answer the phone singing “Hello Sea FM Can You Hear Me” win show tickets to the biggest concert of the year.

And then there is Hot Tomato. The station is asking registered callers to answer their phone and say “Flan & Emily Jade with Christo” to win tickets to see Adele.

But what happens when people of the Gold Coast are hedging their bets by registering with both Sea FM and Hot Tomato?
