Now in its third year, ALWAYS LIVE has announced its 2024 return with an epic 17-day statewide celebration of contemporary live music, set to take over Victoria from November 22 to December 8.

From Gippsland to Geelong, Ballarat to Bendigo, this year’s program includes a large array of free and low-cost events and puts grassroots and regional venues centre stage, hosting everything from one-off shows and underplays to podcasts, conversations, and workshops.

In a Victorian exclusive, ALWAYS LIVE, in partnership with UNTITLED GROUP, brings the genre-defining Anyma to Australasian shores for the first time ever for the live production, Anyma presents Genesys — Melbourne/Naarm.

Californian punk rock legends The Offspring join the ALWAYS LIVE lineup with an intimate one-night-only show, ‘Light it Up,’ at The Forum Theatre presented with Destroy All Lines.

At Mornington Racecourse on Saturday December 7, ALWAYS LIVE and Face to Face Touring supported by Smooth FM present Tina Arena live in concert.

Tina will perform alongside co-headline act Richard Marx, with special guests including Oz music legends Daryl Braithwaite, Kate Ceberano, Southern Sons and 1927.

There’ll also be a special performance by award-winning Victorian singer-songwriter and actor Missy Higgins.
