David Kidd to program 2GB

Respected programmer and research David Kidd has today been appointed Program Director of 2GB. 

Kidd has replaced Ian Holland who has, until now, been Program Director across each of the Macquarie Radio Network stations in Sydney – 2GB and 2CH. He will now focus on 2CH. In addition to his 2GB PD role, Kidd will also move into the Group Promotions Director role.

In a big day for the company, current CFO Robert Leowenthal has been confirmed this afternoon as Macquarie Radio's new Managing Director.
