CFO of ARN’s parent company resigns

Peter Myers, the Chief Financial Officer of APN resigned today. APN and Clear Channel International own radio networks ARN (Australia) and TRN (New Zealand) as a joint venture.

Myers was in that role for 10 years and is leaving to pursue other interests.

His resignation comes 2 weeks after APN announced a $319.4 million loss for the first 6 months of 2012. The APN share closed today at 28.5c, down nearly 27% on the previous days closing price, to become the lowest the company has traded in four years.
