Brian Taylor: Not part of the 3AW fixture for 2015

After five years as the station’s chief football caller – 3AW Football’s Brian Taylor has called his final game for the station with Saturday’s Grand Final.

3AW General Manager Shane Healy announced this afternoon that BT will not continue with the station in 2015

Brian has calling the footy since the end of his playing days with Collingwood. He worked with Triple M Football from 1997 to 2009 before moving across to 3AW in 2010.

"Brian and I sat down over a month ago and we agreed that BT would focus on his TV career and that 3AW would move forward in 2015 without his involvement. I want to thank Brian for his passion and determination over the past five years, following in the footsteps of other great 3AW callers in Rex Hunt and Harry Beitzel”, said Shane Healy

“I wish Brian all the best with his TV career and I look forward to announcing 3AW’s 2015 line-up in the near future.”
