Alan Jones only listens to Kyle & Jackie O?

You heard it here first, Alan Jones only listens to Kyle and Jackie O.

At least that’s what he told KIIS FM‘s Intern Pete at a recent book launch.

In what was Pete’s first press conference since the Steve Smith incident, he asked Alan what advice he’d have for Kyle and Jackie if they ever wanted to have a crack at AM radio.

“Be yourself, if people like you they’ll stay with you,” said Alan.

“The public can spy fakes, Kyle & Jackie O aren’t fakes. Be yourself. Kyle, you’ll have to moderate the lingo – language a bit…”

Pete also got Alan to provide a station ID for the show; “This is Alan Jones, I only listen to Kyle and Jackie.”
