2CS FM raise 32k for the kids

2CS FM and the Newcastle Permanent have raised over $32,000 for the Children’s Ward and the Coffs Harbour Health Campus.

The money was raised through the 2CS FM ‘Give Me 5 For Kids’, and totalled $32,857.

As part of the fundraising Breakfast host Michael ‘Moffee’ Moffett walked from Woolgoolga to Sawtell, pulling a wheelie bin, to raise funds for vital equipment with “Moffee’s 50K’s in 5 Days”.

Moffee said:

“it just shows how important local radio is to be able to work with the community to make a difference. It’s a challenge that together we could make a difference for sick kids and their families on the Coffs Coast”.
