Hot 100

Diplo’s dance hall troupe Major Lazer score their second #1 on the TMN Hot 100 with Cold Water ft. Justin Bieber & MØ. The collective which includes Diplo, Walshy Fire and Jillionaire last hit the top of the chart last year with the record breaking hitLean On ft. MØ.

Shawn Mendes sees success at #2 from #4 with Treat You Better, followed by a new peak from Imany’s Don’t Be So Shy at #3 from #5. Usher is the last notable mover in the Top 10 with Crash cracking the bracket at #9 from #12 following weeks of consistent airplay and gains up the chart.

Mike Perry is enjoying the consistent love commercial is showing his track The Ocean, now at #17 from #29. Twenty One Pilots hit #44 from #64 with their Suicide Squad soundtrack contribution Heathens, followed by Good Charlotte’s Life Can’t Get Much Better, gaining some traction and hitting #61 from #81.

Most moved this week is Betty Who’s I Love You Always Forever at #34 from #67, having a successful second week at commercial radio. DJ Snake makes a noteworthy debut at #26 with Let Me Love You ft. Justin Bieber followed by Jason Derulo’s Kiss The Sky at #42.

ARIA Singles

The Chainsmokers take their first ever #1 on the ARIA Singles chart this week withCloser ft. Halsey. It follows their debut at #2 last week and overthrows Major Lazer’s Cold Water ft. Justin Bieber & MØ.

Keeping up with the high debut trend, DJ Snake’s Let Me Love You ft. Justin Bieber enters the chart at #3, a new personal best for the producer and the second track in the Top 3 that Bieber features on. Twenty One Pilots’ Heathens hits #5 from #19, following the debut of the Suicide Squad soundtrack.

The giant collaboration Sucker For Pain by Lil Wayne, Wiz Khalifa & Imagine Dragons, X Ambassadors, Ty Dolla $ign and Logic, debuts at #17. It’s followed by Skrillex & Rick Ross’ Purple Lamborghini debuting at #39, both in the Suicide Squadsoundtrack.

ARIA Albums

‘Suicide Squad: The Album’ debuts at #1 on the ARIA Albums chart this week, as well as on the Billboard 200. The album has seen multiple tracks crack the Singles chart in recent weeks.

Former Powderfinger frontman Bernard Fanning scores a #2 debut for Civil Dusk, his third solo effort and follow-up to Departures, which peaked at #1 in 2013. Sydney singer-songwriter Montaigne earns a #4 entry for her debut album Glorious Heights followed by Skillet’s Unleashed debuting at #7 and Elvis Presley’s Way Down In The Jungle Room debuting at #9.

The last high entry comes at #13 with Dustin Tebbutt’s First Light.
