smoothfm listener wins $79,100

It’s been a weekend of celebrations for one lucky smoothfm listener, who picked up $79,100 by correctly identifying the four voices in Olivia Newton-John’s smooth stars.

Julie from Penrith is the 35th major winner of smooth stars and was shocked when morning announcer Ty Frost confirmed she had identified the final voice as Jeremy Irons.

The mother of five and her husband have their own food business and plan on buying a new food truck and appliances for the business. They’re also planning to treat themselves to a holiday.

The competition has been running since July 2 and attracted hundreds of guesses. The voices featured in Olivia Newton John’s smooth stars had either worked with or had something with the Aussie icon.

Those voices were Jeremy Irons, Rebel Wilson, Matthew McConaughey and Jane Lynch.
