Smooth 91.5 Good Friday Appeal

The Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal has been a Melbourne institution for the past 87 years, raising more than 320 million dollars for the world class facility.

For a third consecutive year, NOVA Entertainment is partnering with the Good Friday Appeal. Both Nova 100 and smoothfm 91.5 are providing extensive on-air, on-line and social support.

For smoothfm, Mike Perso and Melissa Doyle will host a special one-hour extended edition of the More Music Breakfast show (9am-10am), sharing the great stories of the Royal Children’s Hospital, the Good Friday Appeal and smoothfm 91.5’s involvement’s at the Kids Day Out.

Breakfast co-host Jennifer Hansen is taking a break from her Easter break for a Meet & Greet in the ‘smoothfm Family Zone’ at the Kids Day out from 2pm.

The on-air partners will appear during Channel Seven’s Good Friday Appal telecast to present a cheque on behalf of Nova Entertainment.

“The Good Friday Appeal plays a huge role in raising funds for this important institution and we are delighted to continue our partnership to highlight and provide scale to their fundraising efforts.”

Last year, the Good Friday Appeal raised a record $17,605,662 for the hospital.
