SEN SA Breakfast lineup leaks, Andrew Hayes to join Kane Cornes

Former Assistant Editor

SEN South Australia appears to have accidentally revealed its full Breakfast lineup, Andrew Hayes set to join Kane Cornes.

Cornes was announced as the face of the station last month when it was revealed that SEN would return to South Australia with new venture 1629 SEN.

As yet, his Breakfast partner has not been officially revealed, but as The Advertiser reports, a photo of Cornes and Hayes was uploaded to the SEN SA Breakfast Whooshkaa podcast page.

It contained the show title: ‘SEN SA Breakfast with Kane Cornes and Andrew Hayes’.

Radio Today has discovered that a google search of that show name brings up a dead link, but with a descriptor “Join Kane Cornes and Andrew Hayes for a massive SA sports breakfast!”

At the time of publishing, SEN had not yet responded to Radio Today‘s request for a comment.

Hayes has worked as a sports reporter since retiring from playing footy for Central Districts in the SANFL and also spent time as a presenter on Hit107 Breakfast.

Earlier this month SEN SA officially announced that former FIVEaa and Nine Network presenter Kym Dillon will join experiences sports journalist Michelangelo Rucci on Drive.

Again … why all this coverage about a pretend radio station that is of a sub-standard technical quality with a limited signal, can’t be picked up on most conventional radios – particularly car radios – and has restricted licence conditions so that it can’t compete with real commercial broadcasters?
