SCA highlighted in APAC region for “customer centric, insight driven behaviour”

Southern Cross Austereo has been commended for its “customer centric, insight driven behaviour” by being named Vision Critical’s 2018 Business Transformation Visionary winner for the APAC region.

The network was up against media and blue-chip companies across the Asia Pacific region and prevailed due to their effectively positioned customer intelligence and successful demonstrations on how their community ROI connects to corporate level KPIs.

CEO Grant Blackley said, “Our insight communities sit within the centre of the business and it’s those insights that drive the business forward.”

National research manager John Musgrove added the SCA’s research strategy has transformed over the past eight years to play a wider role within the business.

“We work to understand how customers evolve over time, and we have been able to respond to feedback in real-time to keep a finger on the pulse of customer attitudes, emotions and behaviours,” he said.
