Robert Kaye resigns as HT&E interim chairman

Former Assistant Editor

Robert Kaye has resigned from his role from the role as interim chairman at ARN parent company Here, There & Everywhere (HT&E).

Kaye was appointed to the position in June, replacing chairman and director Peter Cosgrove, who had served 14 years on the board and five as chairman.

HT&E announced Kaye’s resignation in a brief statement to shareholders today.

“As previously announced, the board is undertaking a search process for a new chairman and will update the market accordingly.”

HT&E also sold its street advertising company Adshel to Ooh! Media in June for a reported $570 million.
