Rex Hunt to host This Is Your Football Life

Rex Hunt is going to celebrate the lives of AFL legends with a new radio show called 'This Is Your Football Life'.

The show is being produced by Crocmedia and will launch this Sunday, April 13.

Hunt has already planned to chat with John Kennedy Senior, Ian Stewart, Sam Newman, Shane Crawford and Barry Cable, with many more to come.

"After 35 years in AFL broadcasting you could say I’ve done it all, but now I get the chance to tell and celebrate the stories and lives of the AFL greats I have admired for years," Hunt said.

"The show will be a respectful celebration of the AFL’s most prolific characters, and it’s my priority in the final quarter of my life to assist in recording the magnificent achievements of some of the game's greatest names."

This Is Your Football Life can be heard on SEN in Melbourne every Sunday from 7:30am.
