Ready for the next step

The first graduates of the Advanced Radio Course from the Radio Training Institute are ready to take the next step in their careers.

The eleven RTI graduates will be honoured at a ceremony tonight in Melbourne, after completing 20 weeks of study in the Advanced Radio Course developed in consultation with Steve Ahern.  

General Manager of RTI, Heidi Everett said, “We put a lot of time into revamping and relaunching the old Melbourne Radio School. New Courses and lecturers showed we could attract those with the most potential and give them the skills to ready them for work in one of the most competitive industries in the country”.

The graduation will be attended by Joan Warner CEO of CRA, Bill Barrington GM of MRN Syndication, Gold 104 CD Sam Thompson, Amanda Lee Fox ACD and Rowly Paterson who is the Chairman and Owner of ACE Radio Broadcasters.
