Paul Gale joins 1029 Hot Tomato on the GC

Paul Gale will join Mal Lees and reunite Moyra Major on 1029 Hot Tomato.

The local drive offering of Galey, Mal & Moyra will kick off from Wednesday February 1.

Paul said: “It’s fantastic to be joining Mal and reuniting with Moyra at Hot Tomato. I am looking forward to a new challenge at a different time of the day and being part of the number one station on the Coast.”

Paul’s jump to Hot Tomato brings to an end 16 years on SCA’s SEA FM, where he covered Breakfast including 9 years with Moyra before she joined the Hot Tomato team back in 2012.

Paul said: “A lot of people have said that they grew up listening to me when their parents dropped them to school, and now these people are driving their own kids around and listening to Hot Tomato. So it will be great to reconnect with them as they collect their kids in the afternoon.”

Galey, Mal & Moyra launches at 3pm on Wednesday February 1st from 3pm to 7pm.
