Chrissie Swan’s “little reality check”

As we know Chrissie Swan is part of Channel Ten’s I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Out Of Here. We're 19 eps in and already Chrissie has talked about her being boned from Mix breakfast last year.

She had a frank chat with Andrew Daddo about her 3 years in the breakfast trenches and how the escape to the jungle has been a “reality check” as to what is important.

“I’m looking forward to this year, especially now I’m out of contract”, said Chrissie.

 “You’ll be right”, Andrew replied

“Yeah I know”…. I really do. I really will be all right”, said Chrissie

“Sometimes you have to change perspective on…”, said Andrew

“I’m not losing anything” said Chrissie

On her Celebrity experience she said to the camera that it “was going to change her life and that it has been a chance for her to completely stop everything she does”.

As the Chrissie and Andrew chart went on, she went on to reflect about the balancing act of working fulltime and being a mum.

“I work and then at 11.30 I come home and I get rid of the babysitter. So it’s just me and my kids…. which is how I want it to be. But then I’m working 4.30 till 11 at night.”

“I actually just want to enjoy myself a bit more. “

In terms of getting a job when she is released from the jungle Chrissie said:

“I know I’ll work … I’ll always be fine for work. And also I want to work. But I don’t … I also want to be a stay at home mum”, said Chrissie.
