Ash, Kip & Luttsy take on Kokada

Staff Writer

Nova 106.9’s Ash, Kip & Luttsy are making the pilgrimage to the Kokoda Track in April to commemorate the 100 years of the Anzacs in Gallipoli.

Nova 106.9 General Manager, Jay Walkerden, said “Kokoda encapsulates everything Australians hold dear about our service personnel – their endurance, their mateship, the courage they display and the sacrifices they make.”

Nova Entertainment is supporting the guys as they are lead along Kokoda by Mates4Mates, a not for profit charity which provides support to wounded, injured or ill, current and ex-serving Australian Defence Force personnel and their families.

Ash, Kip & Luttsy will share their experiences along the way, with regular updates both on air and online.

“Not everyone will get the opportunity to trek the Kokoda Trail so we want to take our listeners with us,” said Kip.

“We hope to share what it’s like on the track as well as discover the stories that helped shaped our nation.  The crowds at Dawn Services across the country show how important it is for Australians to pay their respects to those who serve,” said Ash Bradnam.
