New producer confirmed for Stav, Abby & Matt with Osher

Southern Cross Austereo’s Brisbane GM, Damon Rielly, has announced Kazmir (Kaz) Simpson as Producer of the Stav, Abby & Matt with Osher breakfast show on Hit105.

Reporting to the show’s Executive Producer, Abi Benaud, Kaz is a graduate of Swinburne University in Melbourne where she graduated with a Diploma of Arts in Commercial Radio.

Kaz has over four years experience working in a variety of radio roles including managing radio street teams, assistant producing, campaign integration and sales.

Kaz relocated to Brisbane in January this year from Melbourne as part of the SCA sales team where she furthered her skills in managing client campaigns and continued working as an in-demand voice-over artist.

“Kaz is an excellent appointment for the breakfast team given her producing and leadership experience at some of Australia’s most respected radio programs, and her passion for her new home in Brisbane,” Rielly said.

He adde: “She is an outstanding example of someone who started at Street Team level and has worked their way up, gaining both education and experience, to take one of the top content creation roles at the station.”
