Rosie Panetta has returned to Adelaide having been away from her home city for a number of years on her radio journey, most recently at Hit100.9 Hobart.

Abi Benaud has departed the Kyle & Jackie O Show where she was Senior Producer. Abi started with K & J with the switch from Mix 106.5 to KIIS, first as Guest & Talent Producer. “After almost four years on the Kyle and Jackie O Show as their Guest and Talent Booker since they first started at KIIS FM, I’ve decided to return home to the Sunshine Coast. I was fortunate enough to work with an amazing team and learn a lot! Wow, what an experience!”

Liam Renton has secured the newly created role of Executive Breakfast Producer / Assistant Content Director for Brisbane’s 97.3. It follows a recent restructure at the station. Liam has 15 years behind him including various CD and On-Air roles across the country, including a number of years at 96Five on Breakfast and as CD.

Paul Gale will join Mal Lees and reunite Moyra Major on 1029 Hot Tomato. The local drive offering of Galey, Mal & Moyra will kick off from Wednesday February 1.

Matt Anderson, the CD of 2DAY FM will exit the station after a 16-month run. Matt joined 2DAY from New Zealand where he was Group CD of The Hits and priorthe Assistant Content Director for Youth Brands ZM and Flava at NZME. Gemma Fordham at the time was the overall Group CD in NZ.

SCA have appointed Jase Allen as the new CD of the Sydney brand. Jase has been part of the SCA ranks for a number of years. He was 2DayFM’s ACD before stepping into this role. Jase has done the virtual SCA lap of the map, including being CD at SAFM, NXFM/KO FM Newcastle, ACD and EP of Breakfast at Hit929 Perth as well as ACD/MD and On-Air for that market. Starting way back On-Air and MD with the network in Newcastle.

Rex Morris is returning to Triple M. He re-joins SCA as their new Head of Music Operations for the network. Rex replaces Vaughan Hobbs who departed in December.

Kate Meade will join Jon Vertigan in Warrnambool from January 23 on 3YB, 3SH, 3WM, 3CS and 3HA on the networked AM breakfast program The Morning Rush.

Dwayne Jeffries has been announced as the new CEO for Brisbane’s 96five. Dwayne is known in Commercial circles having worked for over 25 years in both On-Air and CD roles at Gold FM, 2GO FM and WS FM. He made the move into Christian Radio sector four years as CD for Sydney’s Hope Media.

Jacqui Hoban has been appointed to the new position of Head of Events for SCA. Jacqui we work across marketing and content, sales, the Studio and promotions to drive and execute a national events strategy for the group.
