Less than two months into his national late night shift on Nova, Radio Today can confirm that Simon Baggs is leaving the network.

Senior producer Liza Altarejos will step up and into the EP role for Melbourne’s #1 FM breakfast show, Chrissie, Sam & Browny.

David McDonald will replace Grant Johnstone as general manager of ACE Radio’s two Gippsland stations, 1242 and TRFM.

Jaben Ryan will replace Ellie Angel-Mobbs as 2Day FM’s afternoon announcer from Thursday 6 April.

After nearly 8 years at Sky Sports radio and Sky Racing Scott Rollo has resigned his role with Tabcorp. He has been appointed to the role Head of Technology at Macquarie Media Sydney, looking after 2GB, Talking Lifestyle and several internal businesses. He starts with Macquarie Media late April.

Jane Huxley is departing Pandora to “pursue other opportunities” the company has announced this morning. As MD, Jane Huxley was responsible for leading the online radio and music streaming business in the ANZ region.

Rosie Panetta has returned to Adelaide having been away from her home city for a number of years on her radio journey, most recently at Hit100.9 Hobart.

Abi Benaud has departed the Kyle & Jackie O Show where she was Senior Producer. Abi started with K & J with the switch from Mix 106.5 to KIIS, first as Guest & Talent Producer. “After almost four years on the Kyle and Jackie O Show as their Guest and Talent Booker since they first started at KIIS FM, I’ve decided to return home to the Sunshine Coast. I was fortunate enough to work with an amazing team and learn a lot! Wow, what an experience!”

Liam Renton has secured the newly created role of Executive Breakfast Producer / Assistant Content Director for Brisbane’s 97.3. It follows a recent restructure at the station. Liam has 15 years behind him including various CD and On-Air roles across the country, including a number of years at 96Five on Breakfast and as CD.
