Missy Higgins scorches Wippa with scintillating rap battle verse

Fitzy and Wippa‘s rap battles have become a much loved segment of their Nova 96.9 Breakfast show, but Wippa might have bitten off more than he could chew with this latest head-to-head.

The Sydney Breakfast duo had acclaimed Aussie singer-songwriter Missy Higgins in the studio as their guest this morning, and Wippa challenged her to a rap battle.

He started off well enough, and used the names of Missy’s songs well in his rap, but Fitzy’s laughing proved too much at one point and Wippa had to bail out of an entire verse.

Missy returned serve with a spicy verse of her own, spitting fire back at the boys, with not even Matt De Groot immune from the shade.
