Kate Langbroek, Fifi Box & Em Rusciano hosted ladies lunch across the Hit Network

Former Assistant Editor

The Hit Network today celebrated International Women’s Day with a ladies lunch show, hosted by three of its high profile presenters.

Kate Langbroek, Fifi Box and Em Rusciano teamed up for an hour-long special to spread positivity and empowerment today.

The theme for this years UN International Women’s Day is ‘Leave No Woman Behind’ and it was something that the three presenters spoke about across the duration of the show.

“We believe it is important to celebrate women and highlight our dedication to driving the conversation around equality on International Women’s Day,” said Hit Network head of content Gemma Fordham of the broadcast.

“We are supporters in joining in the conversation with men and women to work towards this common goal.”

One of the highlights of the hour-long show came when Fifi shared a letter she wrote to her four-year-old daughter Trixie.

In the letter, Box implored her daughter not to base her self-worth on social media, or on whether boy’s texted her back, and to put her best foot forward in life and not just on Instagram.
