Southern Cross Austereo, home to Triple M and 2DayFM radio networks and one of Australia’s most progressive and exciting entertainment media companies is looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Technology Manager to join our highly supportive, client-focused team in Sydney.

Reporting to the Head of Audio Operations, this key leadership role will see you enabling your team to provide technology services in a customer focused manner that enables the highest performance of all Southern Cross Austereo staff in Sydney. In addition, you will ensure that all content delivery platforms are of the highest technical quality to maintain competitive market advantage for SCA.

This role requires a qualification and experience in information technology, audio, broadcasting and electronics. The successful candidate will be a strong leader and inspire their team each day and foster a culture of innovation and creativity.

As the successful candidate, you will:

Manage the day to day operations proactively integrating and communicating with other functional units and executives to achieve service delivery expectations.
Proactively recommend and manage implementation of changes to Southern Cross Austereo systems and services in collaboration with the Operations Manager, Head of Audio Operations and the market executives.
Manage the maintenance and service of Southern Cross Austereo studio and broadcasting facilities to attain maximum operational uptime.
Ensure that all content systems are consistent with Southern Cross Austereo national studio and broadcasting standards.
Responsible for the development and resource management of the annual project plan.
Responsible for maintaining approved operational and capital technology budgets.
