Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for maximising revenue streams across Radio and online as well providing strategic direction and leadership for a team of dedicated Account Managers and Coordinators. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years’ sales leadership experience.
You will oversee the day-to-day activities of your team, monitoring the delivery of exceptional customer service to clients and ensuring your people are equipped with the right resources and tactics to enable them to respond to market conditions and leverage all possible revenue opportunities. You will also be offering your expert analysis, advice and guidance in relation to driving revenue performance, retaining accounts and growing new business and general operations.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- An extensive and successful track record in media sales management
- Demonstrated past experience in building and managing high calibre sales teams, reinforced by a natural ability to inspire exceptional levels of performance in the people who report to you
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills along with an ability to cast and maintain productive work relationships
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to work to tight deadlines
