NZME: Radio Promotions/Integration Senior – Auckland

Radio Hauraki Network Brand Engagement Manager

An internal promotion has left us on the hunt for a highly driven Radio Promotions/Integration Senior to lead Radio Hauraki’s Brand Engagement team in managing all aspects of the brand’s content and commercially led Brand Engagement projects.

We need you to be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail & time management skills and a minimum of five years in media.  To keep ahead of the game in a highly competitive market you’ll be innovative & creative; willing to push the boundaries with strong, compelling communication skills.  You’ll take the lead on all activities and initiatives from planning No Sleeps til Breakfast, to servicing an annual show sponsorship. You will also have responsibilities as part of a wider NZME integration team, working on large-scale multiplatform campaigns.

You must have the skills to project manage multiple campaigns at one time, to a high standard as demanded by our Sales team, clients and audiences.  We are looking for someone who is hardworking, competitive and thrives on a dynamic workplace. Hauraki is a challenger brand that is constantly reinventing itself to stay relevant, so you must have the tenacity to tackle anything that constant change brings.  You will be a natural leader and coach, guiding your team in a manner that keeps them engaged and motivated. It isn’t a pre-requisite that you come from a radio background, but it is preferred as you will hit the ground running planning all Brand Engagement activity on one of NZME’s most promotionally active brands.  It is desirable that you have experience in content creation, especially content that has potential to be commercially viable.
