Hughesy’s new TV gig proves no problem for radio star

Next year is shaping up to be a very busy 2018 for comedian Dave Hughes.

There’s a move across to Southern Cross Austereo with his drive show co-host Kate Langbroek and now a move back to Channel Ten.

One of the busiest men in radio, Hughesy recently announced he’d quit the Nine network, walking away from the AFL edition of the Footy Show.

Now we know why.

The comedian is to host a brand new show Hughesy, We Have a Problem. Each week, four top comedians will come together to everyday Aussies help in solving their ‘life’ problems.

Says Hughes: “I’m a sensitive guy, who just wants everyone to be happy and doesn’t want any problems. So, I’m dead keen to do a TV show where we solve problems and make everyone happy. Hopefully.”

The show is slated to premiere early in 2018.
