A very Fitzy and Wippa Christmas

Nova 96.9’s Fitzy & Wippa are pulling out all stops to deliver an early Christmas present some thoroughly deserving listeners.

Teaming up with Qantas, the Sydney breakfast show is sending 120 listeners on a day trip to Hollywood on the Gold Coast – Warner Bros. Movie World.

From now until Monday 20 November, listeners will be encouraged to nominate someone who’s made a difference by giving their time for the good of another or a family that’s had a tough time and needs a bit of Christmas cheer.

Then, on November 23, Fitzy& Wippa will do their show from the Qantas Heritage Museum at Sydney Airport and have morning tea with the listeners before putting them on a private flight to the Gold Coast.

Qantas pilots and cabin crew are volunteering their time to operate the flights and once at Movie World, the winners will enjoy VIP access and fast passes to jump to the front of the line for the park’s famous rides.

It’s not the first time Fitzy & Wippa have teamed up with Qantas to give their listeners an ‘experience’.

“Our trip to Australia Zoo with Qantas last year was one of the highlights of 2016 and we can’t wait to share the day with this special group of people” said Wippa.

“It means a lot to be able to provide some joy and Christmas cheer to listeners in the community who truly deserve it”.

Listeners can enter via novafm.com.au to nominate himself or herself, a friend or a loved one to win a seat on the Qantas flight to the Gold Coast.
