DAB+ Survey 8 Results: ABC Jazz holds out strong run from Double J and Edge in Sydney
GfK has released the final DAB+ Survey results of 2017, showing cumulative audience numbers for each station.
In Sydney, the race to number one narrows, thanks to gains by Double J and Edge holding steady. But it’s ABC Jazz that holds on to the top spot among people 10+ by just 1,000 listeners.
There’s once again been a changing of the guard in Melbourne, with Double J relinquishing the recently-earned #1 position in the capital city, replaced by Coles Radio. In Brisbane, it’s a similar story with Coles Radio beating out MMM Classic Rock.
After recording a two-ways tie for number one last survey, Oldskool Hits Radio has edged out Buddha Hits Radio to finish the year on top. It’s neck and neck in Perth, with two stations once again sharing the glory – except this time around, Buddha Hits Radio replaces Oldskool Hits Radio alongside smooth at number one.
SYDNEY #1: ABC Jazz
MELBOURNE #1: Coles Radio
BRISBANE #1: Coles Radio
ADELAIDE #1: OLDSKOOL HITS RADIO
