Brendan ‘Jonesy’ Jones: In the spirit of going back to his roots
They say you can ‘never go back’ but WSFM’s Brendan Jones is proving that’s not quite true.
Jonesy got his break in radio 27 years ago in Karratha at 6KA (now Spirit Radio). His time there as the late night jock helped launch a career that has reached stellar heights.
And it all began in WA Pilbara.
Breakfast host Pablo Miller reached out to Jonesy to talk about his time at 6KA and floated the idea of bringing him ‘home’ to host a show in the newly built CBD.
Listen to the audio below:
With Jones on board to head back to his roots, it’s now up to Pablo to ‘make it happen’
He’s currently looking for accommodation and flights to bring Jonesy and Amanda to the west coast.
Pablo Miller can be heard weekdays 6am-11am on Spirit Radio.
