ARN‘s latest digital station Chemist Warehouse REMIX has launched today.

The new DAB+ station will be the first in-store station to offer national news, sport and weather updates, hourly from 7am-10am, and 3pm-6pm weekdays.

Gold104.3 jock Brendon ‘Whippy’ Dangar joins the new station as a host. He worked as the host of Breakfast until Christian O’Connell arrived from England for the new Breakfast show.

Radio and TV personality Zoe Sheridan, founder of Zoe Sheridan Productions, also joins the team.

Chemist Warehouse REMIX will broadcast a mix of favourites and fresh hits, and is predicted to reach approximately 1.8 million listeners each week across more than 300 Chemist Warehouse stores Australia-wide.

“This launch is a natural progression of the long-standing partnership between ARN and Chemist Warehouse,” sand ARN chief commercial officer Emma-Jayne Owens.

“We’re delighted to bring this first to market station for DAB+ and iHeartRadio to life and to deliver a modern and engaging in-store experience around Australia.”

“This exciting collaboration marks an evolution in our in-store music offering for our Chemist Warehouse customers,” added Chemist Warehouse chief operating officer Mario Tascone.

“With experienced and well-known announcers, a great mix of music and up-to-date weather, sport and news, Chemist Warehouse REMIX is a genuine, contemporary radio station that I know our customers will love.”

Chemist Warehouse REMIX is available now on iHeartRadio and DAB+.

Just visited a chemist warehouse
They were playing the 10am news
They had the Malcolm Turnbull on ridiculing Newscorp and Murdoch
No counter view
Disgusting that the chemist allows and promotes a radical left wing news agenda
