Sometimes that gold nugget that can differentiate a business from their competition is right under their noses.
A recent example.
I suggested to a car dealer that for service customers, they offer to collect the customer’s car and return it. Turns out they were already doing it. Problem was they weren’t advertising it.
So ask the question “What does your business do that you’re very good at?”
It could turn out to be a significant benefit to customers that the business is simply not promoting.
