2UE flags major changes

Following a disastrous 2013, a major shakeup is being tipped for 2UE for 2014, with the station currently running teasers saying; "a new 2UE is coming in January 2014".
The station was relaunched in January 2013, however the ratings performance through the year has gone backwards, with Survey 8 culminating in the lowest ratings in 2UE's history.
Group Content Director Clarke Forbes has confirmed change is iminent, saying the station will undergo 'significant lineup changes' in 2014.
The end of year ratings results, from 2011 through to 2013, make for sobering reading, with virtually every indicator trending down.
Mumbrella is reporting that the 'Dicko & Sarah' Breakfast show will be axed, and replaced with veteran John Stanley (left), who currently hosts weekend Breakfast.
Clive Robertson is reported to remain on nights permanently, with weekend presenters George Moore and Paul Kidd moving to a weekday timeslot.
Group Content Director Clarke Forbes commented;
“The changes to 2UE will reveal a new and reinvigorated station that better reflects our influential and informed audience.
We’d like to thank outgoing presenters Paul Murray and Jason Morrison from the Morning and Drive programs and wish them well in the future. We’re preparing for a big year for 2UE in 2014.”
Aside from confirming change is coming, at this time there has been no official announcement from Fairfax Radio on exactly what the changes to 2UE will be.
