101.3 Sea FM’s Gawndy gets married

Sea FM Central Coast Brekky host Daniel ‘Gawndy’ Gawned has tied the knot with his partner Jaimee.

The wedding took place in beautiful Byron Bay on November 3rd, at Figtree Restaurant.

The happy couple met at a Miss University radio station party in 2010 while Gawndy was working at Nova 100 in Melbourne.

“I remember the first time I met Jaimee at the Barkley Hotel Rooftop in Melbourne. When the lift doors opened and she was standing there I saw the most beautiful person I had ever seen,” said Gawndy in his wedding speech.

“There was a mirror right behind Jaimee and I was looking close to the best I’ve ever looked that night”.

Jaimee is a lawyer who also works in radio a news journalist for Sea FM/2GO. She also presents as journo for NBN News, which is also in the Central Coast SCA building.
